We seeks talented, hands-on Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The organization has an extensive investment portfolio of private equity and brokerage accounts and a large volume of documents to manage, including contracts, bank statements, brokerage statements and more. This role is remote on Fridays. Requirements
- 3+ years of related administrative experience, preferably with a Family Office, law firm or similar environment
- Solid Excel and Quickbooks experience with utmost attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and utmost discretion and integrity
