Our Client is looking for an AR/AP Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This role ensures accurate billing, timelycollections, and vendor payments while supporting production operations, inventory flow, and supply chain continuity. The position plays a critical role in managing cash flow, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree ideal; Will take a candidate with no degree or an Associates degree with equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in AP, AR, or general accounting, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
