Our client is seeking a Business Analyst – Business Banking
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements in the Business Banking domain . Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on business goals. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Support the development of wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and data privacy laws. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech, preferably in the UAE. Strong understanding of Business Banking . 5+ years of experience in BPM . Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Familiarity with mobile app development lifecycle and UX principles.
