Our Client is seeking a Corporate Tax Supervisor with expertise in Sales and Use to join their accounting team .

Responsibilities:

• Sales Tax Compliance: Ensure proper sales tax collection, reporting, and remittance across 325+ clients using various point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Audit & Risk Mitigation: Identify and correct outdated tax rates, maintain compliance, and prepare for audits
• Regulatory Research: Investigate tax liabilities, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with state and local business license filings
• Process Improvement: Develop a database of jurisdictional tax requirements and standardize tax data across systems
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the legal department and business unit controller to support tax-related filings and compliance efforts
• Problem-Solving: Analyze complex tax situations, implement solutions, and support compliance initiatives
