Our Client Currently looking for P&C Office Administrator

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Recruitment Team throughout all stages of the recruitment and selection process including and not limited to:
  • Prepare ID badges and required uniform for new ISS place makers.
  • Be point of contact for new/replacement ID badges for Sydney, SWS and NC.
  • Maintain records of inductions paper work and documentation.
  • Assist with ISS inductions as required including supporting trainer in setting up UKG and My ISS app with new starters.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment-related events, such as career fairs and information sessions.
  • Compile recruitment reports and metrics as required by the Recruitment Lead.

Office Administration:

  • Support the Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, staff events, and training sessions, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, telephone calls, and inquiries, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
  • Maintain effective document management and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
