Our Client Currently looking for Workday Learning Consultant

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize the Workday Learning module based on business requirements
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders to gather and translate functional needs
• Design and deliver solutions aligned with Workday best practices
• Perform testing, validation, and deployment of configurations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, ideally within Learning
• Experience in Workday implementations or enhancement projects
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS architecture
• Ability to interact with both functional and technical stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English
