Our Client Currently looking for Workday Learning Consultant
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize the Workday Learning module based on business requirements
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to gather and translate functional needs
- Design and deliver solutions aligned with Workday best practices
- Perform testing, validation, and deployment of configurations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose system enhancements
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, ideally within Learning
- Experience in Workday implementations or enhancement projects
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS architecture
- Ability to interact with both functional and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English
