Our Client is seeking a Workday FDM Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Workday FDM Architect will review and assess the current Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM)
- Advise Finance and HR leadership on FDM strategy and design decisions
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and long-term scalability concerns
- As a Workday FDM Architect, you will provide recommendations for supporting a new company entity within Workday
- Partner with Finance, HR, and Workday stakeholders to align on direction
Requirements
- Experience leading FDM design, redesign, or optimization initiatives
- Experience supporting multi-company or new entity implementations
- Deep expertise in Workday Financials and Foundation Data Model (FDM)
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to assess current state design and provide strategic recommendations
