The Transformation Analyst will support the Senior Transformation Manager by providing data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis across strategic transformation initiatives. The analyst will contribute to project tracking, documentation, and the broader scope of the transformation department, including strategy formulation, planning, and execution, as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to support the execution and tracking of transformation projects.
2. Research and Reporting: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, creating dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on project progress.
3. Project Support: Assist in project tracking, budget monitoring, and KPI reporting for transformation initiatives.
4. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation of all project analysis, research findings, and reports for review by senior leaders.
5. Support Strategic Functions: Contribute to strategy formulation, planning, and execution as needed, providing analytical support across functions.
6. Additional Support: Assist with change management tasks, including stakeholder communication, readiness assessments, and engagement tracking.
