Our Client Currently looking for Technical Writer

Job Description :

– Using Confluence and other documentation development tools

– Develop new content as well as help to maintain the over ~2500 pages of editor facing documentation.

– 1-3 years’ experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents

– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience

– Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content

– Ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that can be easily understood.

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

– Experience with Confluence and Keynote highly preferred

– An interest in maps

– Comfortable interfacing with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward

– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to resolve issues with a mindset towards execution and delivery.

– Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest level of quality

– Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules

– Team oriented, and thrives in highly collaborative situations

– Review documentation and provide constructive feedback to your peers

– Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
