We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering, data, product, design, and technical talent. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for fast-paced product companies and understands how to identify top technical talent across India. Experience hiring across APAC markets is a strong advantage.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, QA, Android, and related functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and workforce plans.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical background, role fit, and motivation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interview processes and collaborate with interview panels for timely feedback.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Track hiring metrics, funnel conversion, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles in product companies, startups, SaaS, AdTech, FinTech, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring across Engineering, Data, Product, QA, Design, and Infrastructure functions.
• Expertise in sourcing through Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and talent databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Experience managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
