We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware Technical Program Analyst. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs across all  offerings.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverable tracking, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and client success teams.
  • Coordinate patch updates, product releases, and go-live milestones for banks and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain real-time visibility of all active engagements and proactively flag risks.

2. Client Onboarding & Integration Management

  • Lead technical onboarding of new clients — including API integrations, portal setups, and  coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for client-side technical issues, ensuring resolution within SLA.
  • Coordinate InfoSec and compliance reviews for new client onboarding, working with internal security teams to reduce turnaround time.
  • Support go-live coordination with clients and track revenue milestones post-launch.

3. Automation & Process Optimisation

  • Identify and automate repetitive operational workflows — including invoicing, reporting, GM computation, and documentation generation.
  • Build and maintain scalable automation tools that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
  • Standardise and manage shared team repositories, ensuring clean documentation hygiene and version control.

4. Commercial Documentation & RFP Support

  • Develop and maintain standardised Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial templates, and pricing frameworks across Yubi’s product suite.
  • Lead or contribute to RFP and proposal submissions within compressed timelines, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Support commercial negotiations and client presentations with data-backed preparation.

5. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Manage NDA and integration discussions with new partners, from initial outreach through to technical handshake.
  • Support the onboarding of large dealer networks and enterprise aggregators to build the customer pipeline for banking partners.
Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 3–8 years of experience in a technical program management, solutions consulting, or fintech operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, financial models, and process design.
  • Experience with API integrations or coordinating technical implementations (technical fluency is essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to create client-facing documents to a professional standard.
  • Proven track record of delivering under pressure and maintaining SLA compliance.
  • Experience supporting or owning RFP/proposal submissions in a B2B environment
