We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing priorities, and ensuring product enhancements deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile experience and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap
• Align product priorities with business objectives and organizational strategy
• Evaluate product performance and adjust priorities based on business outcomes

Backlog Management:

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Ensure development teams have clear direction and well-defined priorities

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Facilitate discussions to understand business challenges and opportunities
• Communicate progress, priorities, and product decisions effectively

Agile Delivery Support:

• Work closely with Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Clarify requirements and support sprint planning activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help remove roadblocks impacting delivery
