Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
• Knowledge of application integration concepts, including APIs, REST services, JSON, messaging patterns, and data exchanges
• Experience working with enterprise applications, middleware technologies, databases, data migrations, or backend systems
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing technical deliverables
• Familiarity with high-availability enterprise systems and large-scale application environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, or related business applications
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile sprint planning processes
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
