The Mobile Tech Lead bridges the gap between software development, product strategy, and team leadership. This role will own the technical architecture of our mobile applications, mentor mobile engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high-performance apps.

Responsibilities:

• Define Technical Vision: Establish the architectural roadmap, design patterns, and coding standards for native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) or cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) applications
• Hands-on Development: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, contributing significantly to core components and complex features
• System Design: Design secure, offline-first, and high-performance mobile architectures with optimized network consumption and efficient local data caching
