Responsibilities
– Establish the strategic technology vision for tax innovation
– Drive initiatives focused on AI, LLMs, and data-driven solutions
– Influence the direction of enterprise technology to enhance business growth
– Build and lead a top-performing engineering team to achieve measurable outcomes
– Shape and sponsor significant cloud and AI-enabled projects
– Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm alignment with business objectives
– Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
– Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for technological advancements

What You Must Have

– Bachelor’s Degree
– At least 8 years of experience

– Demonstrating thought leadership in software engineering
– Delivering transformative, AI-enabled platforms and products
– Shaping and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
