Our Client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations Consultant.
Duties:
- Co-own and manage the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio, ensuring systems align with evolving business needs
- Support strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization of enhancements across recruiting technology platforms
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to drive operational excellence
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and enhancement opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module
- Provide guidance on future-state design, configuration decisions, and process optimization
- Partner with system administrators and technology teams to support ongoing maintenance and platform evolution
- Support configuration, administration, and enhancement of the Eightfold Talent Acquisition platform
- Evaluate and implement new Eightfold functionality and releases with a focus on driving business value
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize platform capabilities
- Support CRM, candidate engagement, talent pooling, and candidate experience initiatives
- Assist with feature adoption, testing, and process integration across Talent Acquisition operations
- Execute hands-on system testing for enhancements, configurations, integrations, and releases
- Identify defects, document findings, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendor partners
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, and other Talent Acquisition systems
- Analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that support business decision-making
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes and technology platforms, excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
