Our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and job families. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience while balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the ATS
- Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple job families, such as healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or corporate functions
- Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar roles and industries
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
