Responsibilities

• Proactively championing an inclusive and exceptional candidate experience
• Consulting with and advising hiring managers across multiple countries on recruitment needs, incl. a proactive role in the recruitment and interview process (with MPA and ACE assessment)
• Developing recruitment selection criteria and sourcing talent
• Partnering with stakeholders to enhance Saxo’s presence in the market
• Run relevant Talent Acquisition projects
• Collaborating with colleagues from various departments to deliver optimal results
