As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Tableau dashboards and reports that transform data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance, delivering solutions that empower decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports.

– Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

– Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.

– Implement advanced analytics using Tableau calculated fields, parameters, and LOD expressions.

– Maintain documentation and version control of dashboards and data pipelines.

– Troubleshoot and resolve data visualization issues.

Qualifications and Skills :

– Experience: 3.5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Tableau development.

– Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.

– Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

– Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.

– Experience in integrating Tableau with other data sources like SQL Server, Excel, and APIs.

– Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/R) for advanced analytics is a plus.

– Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
