Our Client is seeking a Systems Architect .
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and operational leaders to understand challenges and identify technology-driven solutions
- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple departments
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business outcomes
- Drive user adoption, change management, process improvements, and data integration efforts
- Support ERP-related initiatives, including process transformation and technology adoption
- Research and assess emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and digital platforms
- Build technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful technology solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on digital strategy and innovation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, solutions architecture, business systems, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
- Experience leading technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, data integration, business process optimization, and change management
- Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced degrees and industry certifications are considered a plus
- Background in oilfield services, energy, oil and gas, or other industrial environments is a plus
- Experience working with operational teams and business leaders to modernize processes and technology
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms is highly preferred
- Exposure to Oracle environments is beneficial but not required
