We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to support end-to-end production lifecycle and inventory management workflows within a growing manufacturing organization. This position plays an important role in connecting manufacturing activity with ERP system accuracy and supporting critical business decisions through process optimization, inventory accuracy, production planning, and cost control. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly proficient in Excel, experienced with NetSuite, and comfortable working across structured ERP environments and semi-manual operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities: Daily:

  • Monitor inventory par levels and work order status within NetSuite and related quality/manufacturing systems to identify finished goods ready for transfer or determine when new work orders are required
  • Coordinate with Quality teams to label and release inventory based on lot-specific manufacturing status
  • Validate daily work orders for completeness and alignment across manufacturing and quality systems

Weekly:

  • Track and reconcile weekly production activity using structured Excel reporting
  • Maintain and update production planning templates to support forecasted manufacturing needs
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or trends in production volume for cross-functional review

Monthly:

  • Review and release manufacturing lots in NetSuite by converting them into assembly builds
  • Calculate and validate labor and overhead absorption rates using payroll reporting and NetSuite saved searches
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, or ERP-heavy environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Warehouse Operations
  • Strong proficiency with NetSuite and experience working with manufacturing or quality management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and dynamic formulas
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify inventory discrepancies, outliers, and process issues
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with NetSuite scripting or automation through REST APIs
  • Experience within GMP-regulated, life sciences, medical manufacturing, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Experience designing or automating Excel-based operational reporting
  • Familiarity with inventory costing methodologies, including FIFO/LIFO and standard costing
