We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology-focused team supporting critical business operations within the energy and infrastructure sector. This position offers the opportunity to build business-critical applications, dashboards, reporting platforms, and automation solutions that directly impact commercial decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance internal web applications
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions
- Develop APIs and system integrations
- Work with SQL Server databases and business-critical datasets
- Modernize manual and Excel-based workflows through automation
- Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing applications
- Partner with technology and business teams on new initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and/or C#
- Experience with Python
- Experience developing web-based applications
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks
- SQL Server and database querying experience
- Experience building internal business applications, reporting platforms, dashboards, or workflow automation tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative environment
