We are looking for high-caliber Backend Engineers with strong FinTech experience, preferably from top-tier institutions, to work on scalable systems powering AI training and execution. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity offering flexibility, ownership, and exposure to cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain backend systems for AI training and execution
Design scalable, high-throughput services handling large volumes of tasks
Develop distributed systems and workflow orchestration pipelines
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Own production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability

Required Skills:

3 8 years of backend development experience
Mandatory: Experience building 0 1 products in FinTech companies
Strong fundamentals in system design, data structures distributed systems
Proficiency in Python / Go
Experience with databases, APIs, and asynchronous systems
Proven experience in building and operating systems at scale
