Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a high-visibility digital initiative for a leading technology client Summary: This role will focus on designing consumer-facing web and mobile experiences supporting eCommerce storefronts, subscription-based services, and advertising products. The ideal candidate brings strong B2C UX design experience, excels in conversion-focused design, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments similar to a startup. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile eCommerce platforms, subscription workflows, and account management features
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive UX solutions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design documentation using Figma and other UX tools
- Develop conversion-driven user journeys that support acquisition, engagement, and monetization goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX with branding, marketing, and advertising objectives
- Apply user-centered design principles, leveraging usability best practices and data insights when available
- Contribute to and extend design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency across experiences
- Support rapid iteration in an early-stage or zero-to-one product environment
- Clearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to cross-functional partners
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX Design experience delivering B2C digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating eCommerce, subscription, or conversion-focused UX design
- Hands-on expertise with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong foundations in information architecture, interaction design, and usability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing owned websites or digital storefronts
- Exposure to subscription lifecycle management (sign-up, upgrades, renewals, cancellations)
- Familiarity with marketing technology, advertising platforms, or media ecosystems
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
- Startup or zero-to-one product experience
- Background supporting data-informed or experimentation-driven design
