We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter. The role will be focused on delivery of an engineering talent to meet   business objectives in 2025 and beyond. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top engineering talent and serving as a strategic business partner to stakeholders in the engineering department.

Responsibilities

 

  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition to offer acceptance. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent
  • Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to engineering stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes. Utilise data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts. Ensure agency-referred candidates meet the company’s standards and requirements

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the software engineering sector
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Lever) and recruitment software
  • Availability to work in hybrid working model in our amazing office in Warsaw (Skyliner building)
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
