We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Staff Software Development Engineer / Technical Architect to design and build scalable, high-performance distributed systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and large-scale production environments, along with strong technical leadership capabilities.
This role requires hands-on engineering expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to drive technical excellence across teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems that are reliable, scalable, and highly performant
– Contribute across the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and operations
– Build and enhance cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes-based platforms
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with strong analytical and debugging skills
– Drive technical initiatives, define engineering best practices, and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
– Lead architectural discussions and provide technical direction for new projects and infrastructure enhancements
– Ensure high standards of code quality, security, observability, and operational excellence
– Mentor engineers and contribute to technical growth across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 8+ years of software development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
– Strong experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in production
– Hands-on expertise in Go (Golang) and microservices architecture
– Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerized deployments, and SaaS platforms
– Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring tools
– Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and operational excellence
– Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
– Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and business teams
Preferred Qualifications :
– Experience with Secure Software Development practices
– Knowledge of cloud security, scalability, and reliability engineering principles
– Prior experience in technical leadership or architecture roles is highly preferred
Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
