We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Golang Developer to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and building scalable distributed systems, developing high-performance microservices, and working within cloud-native environments. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, technical excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems that are reliable, scalable, and high-performing
– Build and optimize Go-based microservices and backend applications for cloud-native and SaaS platforms
– Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support
– Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features and system enhancements
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with strong analytical and debugging skills
– Drive technical initiatives, engineering best practices, and continuous improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance
– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on new projects and infrastructure enhancements
– Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development processes
– Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 8 to 10 years of software development experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
– Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) development
– Proven expertise in building and operating large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture
– Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies
– Experience working with SaaS platforms and distributed systems in production environments
– Solid understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering
– Proficiency in debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting production systems
– Strong understanding of REST APIs, messaging systems, and backend development best practices
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications :
– Experience with Secure Software Development practices
– Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices
– Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
– Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
