Our Client Currently looking for Senior Sponsorships Lead – Sports marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of global sponsorship programmes from planning through to delivery and evaluation
- Own key work streams across major sports partnerships, including global rights holders
- Translate business priorities into sponsorship plans, KPIs, budgets and activation frameworks
- Collaborate with brand, creative, media, strategy and growth teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Manage relationships with agencies, rights holders and vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, governance and communication
- Drive delivery of events and activations, supporting hands-on execution when required
- Track performance and generate insights to improve future programmes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sponsorships within global brands or large-scale marketing environments
- Strong experience working with international sports rights holders (US exposure preferred)
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end-to-end
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering activations with social and content elements
- Excellent English communication skills
