Our Client Currently looking for Senior Sponsorships Lead – Sports marketing

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of global sponsorship programmes from planning through to delivery and evaluation
  • Own key work streams across major sports partnerships, including global rights holders
  • Translate business priorities into sponsorship plans, KPIs, budgets and activation frameworks
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, media, strategy and growth teams to ensure aligned delivery
  • Manage relationships with agencies, rights holders and vendors
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, governance and communication
  • Drive delivery of events and activations, supporting hands-on execution when required
  • Track performance and generate insights to improve future programmes
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sponsorships within global brands or large-scale marketing environments
  • Strong experience working with international sports rights holders (US exposure preferred)
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end-to-end
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering activations with social and content elements
  • Excellent English communication skills
