Our Client  is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to help mature and scale Agile practices across the organization while driving successful project delivery. Summary: This role is ideal for an experienced Agile leader who excels in transforming teams, improving delivery processes, and creating structure within evolving environments. The successful candidate will serve as both a Scrum Master and delivery leader, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to guide initiatives from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery efforts across multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through deployment
• Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Drive Agile maturity by establishing best practices, improving team effectiveness, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Introduce and maintain release planning processes to improve visibility, predictability, and delivery outcomes
• Develop prioritization frameworks and help align work to business objectives and strategic goals
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Remove obstacles and facilitate resolution of issues impacting project success
• Coordinate work across business teams, technical teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners
• Champion Agile methodologies and coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices
• Drive accountability and transparency through effective reporting, communication, and stakeholder management
• Establish scalable delivery processes that improve efficiency, predictability, and project outcomes
