What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
• Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
• Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce implementations (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security.
• Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.
