We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Resident Consultant to join our team.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers over extended engagements (6 months, 1 year, or longer)
• Act as the customer’s “Go-To” expert for all matters related to their deployment, adoption, and optimization
• Architect, configure, and integrate ZIA, ZPA, and broader Zero Trust Exchange solutions into complex enterprise environments
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and migration planning workshops with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales, external partners, and customer teams to provide consultancy and deployment services

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services Consultant, Network/Security Specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer, or SOC Engineer
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions — ZIA and ZPA
• Strong knowledge of authentication systems (SAML, SSO/IdP integrations) alongside a solid foundation in networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, proxies, and firewalls)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills — comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
