Our Client is seeking a Senior Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on user feedback, business needs, and market trends
- Conduct research and gather stakeholder input to support product strategy and decision-making
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Present recommendations, project updates, and product insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful product solutions
- Develop and implement processes that improve product development, delivery, and release management efforts
- Maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user guides, and release communications
- Support adherence to organizational standards, governance requirements, and product management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role, with experience managing product roadmaps and driving product initiatives
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product enhancements
- Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience tracking product performance and leveraging metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with product documentation, collaboration tools, and knowledge management platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
