Our Client is seeking a Senior Product Designer : The ideal candidate combines strong UX fundamentals with exceptional interaction design skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. They are comfortable evaluating multiple approaches, identifying tradeoffs, and recommending clear paths forward while partnering closely with Design Leads and extended UX teams. This is primarily an execution-focused role. Success will be measured by the quality of design decisions, clarity of recommendations, and ability to independently move complex work forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, from concepts through final specifications
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
• Proactively identify and communicate rationale, assumptions, edge cases, alternate states, and implementation considerations
• Evaluate multiple solution approaches and identify key tradeoffs
• Make clear, well-reasoned recommendations
• Design thoughtful interactions, including edge cases, alternate states, and real-world constraints
• Work effectively from partially defined requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Partner closely with Design Leads, Product, and Engineering to align on solutions and navigate technical constraints
• Communicate design rationale clearly and build confidence in recommendations
• Support implementation through design reviews, developer handoff, and design QA
