Our Client Currently looking for Senior Process Engineer

Well look to you for:

• Gathering and communicating industrial requirements to the Engineering team during the specification and preliminary design phases.
• Actively participating in co-engineering activities to influence product design and developing macro-processes based on standard SMP.
• Preparing for the introduction of new technologies with associated process validation plans.
• Designing workstation layouts in compliance with ergonomic and EHS rules while optimizing movements.
• Completing detailed P-FMEAs and line balancing to ensure efficient production workflows.
• Validating product designs and industrialization through FAR and FAI processes.
• Supporting production teams post-serial Go to meet QCD targets and industrializing retrofits after engineering changes.
• Bringing expertise to the industrial costing process during tender phases and contributing to R&D programs.
• Performing industrial REX Return of Experience on manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.

• Education: B.E BTech related to manufacturing Mandatory
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering, preferably in the railway or auto industry.
• Technical expertise in process engineering, work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up.
• Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and familiarity with IS tools.
• Understanding of quality, EHS standards, ergonomics, and methodologies like Process FMEA and QRQC.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Logical, organized, and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering results.
