The Senior Power BI Architect will serve as the subject-matter expert for enterprise-level Power BI architecture, governance, performance optimization, and secure data delivery. This role is responsible for defining and enforcing best practices, designing scalable analytics solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring Power BI deployments follow robust security and compliance standards.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Power BI, including enterprise semantic model development
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Deployment Pipelines and Azure DevOps/Git integration
- Strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and M/Power Query
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and modern data architecture
- Knowledge of enterprise security policies, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and guiding BI teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent
- Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, Delta tables
- Experience building or running a BI Center of Excellence
- Background in large-scale enterprise analytics environments
