Our Client is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst .
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and business insights for HR and business leaders
- Build and maintain employee data models and reporting solutions within a cloud-based data environment
- Analyze workforce trends and transform data into actionable recommendations
- Support data quality, governance, and reporting processes across multiple data sources
- Enhance and migrate reporting and dashboard solutions while ensuring metric accuracy
- Assist with compensation and market benchmarking analysis
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve people reporting and analytics capabilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, workforce, or people analytics
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large datasets
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with data transformation tools and version control practices
- Understanding of employee data privacy and governance best practices
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, HR operations, compensation, or related people functions
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and data modeling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience using Python or R for analytics is a plus
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools preferred
