The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will serve as a technical leader in developing, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role plays a key role in leading and advancing structured engineering systems, improving process performance, and ensuring consistent, scalable results across operations.

Requirements
- 7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience

- Strong expertise in process development, validation, and troubleshooting
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in plastics or injection molding is strongly preferred; However, candidates with related manufacturing backgrounds-such as machining, castings, or other complex process environments-are strongly encouraged to apply
