Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager – Support & Delivery/Projects .
Duties:
- Lead technology support operations while driving delivery of projects and initiatives
- Bring strong organization, prioritization, and operational discipline
- Drive issues to resolution and ensure commitments are delivered
- Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with limited direction
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale support and delivery through automation and AI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in project management, technical service delivery, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP, or ITIL is highly preferred
