Our Client is seeking a Senior Java Developer
Responsibilities:
- Senior Java Developer will design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise applications and services
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and application integrations
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and performance-focused code following engineering best practices
- Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical solution development
- Create and execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality
- As a Senior Java Developer, you will troubleshoot defects, resolve production issues, and support application stability
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise software applications
- Strong experience with Java, object-oriented programming, and modern application frameworks
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
- Experience with automated testing, code quality practices, and production support
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and DevOps practices
- Experience leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers
- Knowledge of application architecture, system integrations, and software design principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and modern deployment methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
