Our Client Currently looking for Senior Institutional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition, development, and expansion of strategic institutional partnerships, including hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, introducing brokers, and professional trading entities.
  • Develop and execute institutional sales and market expansion strategies across target regions and client segments.
  • Act as the primary senior relationship manager for institutional clients, ensuring high-touch engagement, retention, and long-term partnership development.
  • Present and position  institutional offering, including trading platforms (MT4/MT5), FIX API connectivity, execution models, and liquidity solutions.
  • Collaborate with Dealing, Liquidity, Risk, Technology, and Product teams to optimize execution quality and enhance institutional services.
  • Provide strategic market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to support product development and business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor institutional client performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting, ensuring accurate CRM reporting and commercial tracking.
  • Lead institutional onboarding processes, coordinating KYC, due diligence, and client setup in collaboration with Compliance and Operations teams.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing, spreads, commissions, rebates, and liquidity arrangements within approved frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a strong institutional pipeline through industry networks, referrals, events, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value institutional clients, driving revenue, trading volume, and net deposit growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of institutional sales experience within FX / CFD brokerage, Prime Brokerage, or financial services
  • Proven track record managing and growing high-value institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, IBs)
  • Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, institutional trading infrastructure, and execution models
  • Experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, FIX API) and CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
  • Existing institutional network is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
