Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably with a strong technical/infrastructure background and solid business acumen, as they will collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders with a heavy focus on real estate projects.

• Real estate and facilities projects: Office relocations, moves, and closures managed from a technical/infrastructure perspective; Candidates must be comfortable coordinating internal teams and external providers across telecommunications, wiring, asset recovery, and deployment services
• Change management experience: Transitions of lifecycle services (e.g., moving from capital purchase models to leasing or desktop-as-a-service initiatives), onboarding new vendors, and building out policies, procedures, and SOPs to maintain project timelines
• M&A/integration experience: Acquisitions, divestitures, and post deal integration work from an infrastructure standpoint
