We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AI-assisted development experience. They should be a clear communicator and a solution-oriented engineer who can work effectively in fast-paced development environments. This role requires hands-on experience using AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar assistants) to support development, improve code quality, and increase delivery efficiency. The candidate must also be able to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, and security before production use.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and deliver scalable technical solutions
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar tools) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
- Ability to write and refine prompts to guide AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience validating AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and security
Core Java development experience:
- Java EE
- RESTful microservices
- Jersey framework
- SQL/PL/SQL
- Oracle database
- Angular/TypeScript/Node.js
- HTML/CSS
- Strong understanding of JVM internals and performance tuning
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced experience with AI development tools and prompt engineering

- Redis/Memcached
- SAML authentication/authorization
