Our Client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Labor Analytics to support workforce planning, labor analytics, and business performance initiatives. This on-site role will partner with Finance, Payroll, Operations, and leadership teams to deliver meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze labor expenses, compensation programs, profitability, and operational performance trends
• Identify key business drivers and develop actionable recommendations for leadership
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams to solve complex business challenges
• Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
• Reconcile payroll and compensation data to financial results and investigate variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities
• Improve processes and reporting through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to business and operational leaders
• Support strategic projects through financial and operational analysis
