Our Client Currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A Team)

In this role, you will:

• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes by developing robust scenario models to evaluate “what-if” business cases and market shifts.
• Move beyond static reporting to provide narrative-driven updates which means translating financial results into simple, clear, and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative relationships with Business Leaders – act as a consultant to department Heads to help them understand their spend and optimize their ROI.
• Deliver accurate monthly performance packages.
• Take pride in data integrity and ensuring a single source of truth.
• Constantly seek ways to improve processes by introducing automation & AI-driven workflows and transitioning away from manual data manipulation to enhance the speed of insights.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

• Previous experience in FP&A area or in related positions.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at the senior level – good communicative skills.
• Fluent English.
• Working experience of MS Excel and Google Suite.
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand underlying drivers.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance in a global environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to naturally identify bottlenecks and propose smarter, AI-enhanced ways to streamline workflows and add business value.
