Our Client is in search of a Senior Finance Associate – Partner Investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Support annual audits and coordinate with external advisors
- Oversee cash management and treasury-related activities
- Assist with tax documentation and compliance processes
- Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology to enhance efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and support team members
- Partner with cross-functional teams on new initiatives and business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting, finance, or related industry experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and AI-powered productivity tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
