Our Client Currently looking for Senior Engineering Leader

What the role actually looks like :

– Own the architecture of the platform we’re building for the next 5 years

– Build and scale the engineering org hiring, structure, rituals, culture

– Sit in every room where product, tech, and business strategy intersect

– Partner directly with the founders and the leadership team on what we build next

What we’re looking for in you :

– 8- 10 years of backend & platform engineering, with real scars from scale

– Deep fluency in Node.js / Python / Java, and cloud (AWS or GCP)

– A track record of building teams that outlast you

– Strong ownership – the kind that makes founders sleep better at night
