Our Client is seeking a Senior Director, Application & AI Delivery to lead enterprise-scale application development and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Summary: This leadership role will oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of technology programs, driving execution, governance, and operational excellence while scaling AI capabilities that deliver measurable business value.
Duties Include:
- Lead enterprise application and AI solution delivery
- Oversee complex programs, budgets, timelines, and delivery governance
- Drive AI adoption and operationalization across business platforms
- Manage vendors, SOWs, and delivery partners
- Build and lead high-performing technology teams
- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive transformation
Requirements
- 10+ years of application delivery, engineering, or technology leadership experience
- 5+ years of leading large-scale enterprise programs
- Experience delivering AI/ML, automation, or Generative AI solutions in production
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and modern engineering practices
- Proven success managing system integrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: Insurance, financial services, or other regulated industry experience
