Our Client in need of a Senior Database Developer .
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable database solutions that support enterprise applications and business operations
- Create and maintain database objects, ETL processes, and data integration solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical designs and database architectures
- Develop, tune, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and data workflows
- Collaborate with application, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Support database deployments, performance monitoring, and ongoing platform enhancements
- Contribute to cloud modernization, automation, and database optimization initiatives
- Participate in Agile planning, design reviews, and continuous improvement efforts
- Mentor team members and promote database development best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in database development, data engineering, or related technical roles
- Strong experience with Oracle databases, SQL development, and database performance tuning
- Experience developing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and ETL solutions
- Knowledge of relational database design, data modeling, and enterprise data architectures
- Experience working with large-scale, high-performance database environments
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software delivery practices
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and modern deployment approaches
- Understanding of version control, release management, and DevOps concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience in financial services, enterprise operations, or regulated industries is a plus
