As part of our Data Platforms team, you will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to ensure high availability, security, and performance across on-premise SQL Servers and Azure SQL Managed Instances. This is an on-site position in Copenhagen with minimal travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and connectivity problems.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and configuration adjustments.
• Manage and maintain SQL Server (2019–2022) and Azure SQL Managed Instances for high availability and security.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to automate provisioning, deployments, and monitoring using CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and troubleshooting.
